For my friends that drank the Kool-Aid

Apparently all my discussion about the new administration taking away individual rights and trampling on the Constitution has gotten on the nerves of some of the people that had the tingling sensation running down their leg. (Actual quote on 1-20-09 by the media) I am getting blasted by the "Yes He Did" crowd that I work with.

...On a side note, I believe I could make a fortune printing shirts that said "Yes He Did" Of course mine would be a picture of Darius Rucker (Hootie) and at the bottom in "liberal brain tiny" font say "Make it in Country Music".......But I digress.

Everybody keeps asking why I am so upset and why I keep talking about it. The answer is simple I have 244 reasons to be upset and only 188 to be optimistic. (That's the house vote for the Siegfried and Roy Recovery Package. I don't want to explain that too many times to some people.) I see and hear the mania overtaking the logic and it frightens me as a worker and a father.

Today I was told that I needed to focus on finding something nice about the Obama Administration. I told this individual that the only solice I have now is laughing at some of the talk show hosts and guests I hear on Sirius. (Free Advertising - it's Mike Church in the morning and Mark Levin in the evening. I listen to Andrew Wilkow as well, but I get these two coming and going to work. Wilkow is on during the day while I am busy.) the humor I find however is heard on another channel and is the voice of the Liberals. Mark Thompson hosts a show that recently has me rolling. Not really in a good way, but the calls he gets are funny/disturbing to me. I'll leave it at that.

NOW! In a quest to find something funny I took to the Internet like I always do in search of humor. I came across TONS of stuff by combining the words "Obama" "Democrat" "Stimulus Package" "Global Warming" to words like "Funny" "Humorous" "Laughter" "Fuzzy Feeling" (The stimulus package/fuzzy feeling combo got some interesting results.)

I found some things that caused me to chuckle. I found some things that caused me to get upset. I found some things that took me into a new direction.

BUT

At the end of it all I walked away with a new reason to smile.

This guy is hilarious!!! The second video is better than the first!!

Siegfried and Roy take Washington

Ok so short of the white tigers, it appears to me that Obama and his transparently ignorant crew have become the masters of illusion. In their newest trick, The "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act", they have all the news channels, the media types and the idiots watching thinking that they are creating jobs and giving money to all!!

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

I downloaded the summary. (HR1 was 675 pages long. This one is only 13) There is no Hope and Change in here......Unless you hope the new federal automobiles are now going to be white and we change the federal computers from PC to Mac.

Yup. While average Joe Blow is waiting for his $500 check, the government is going to fix up the country. Call Santa and tell him you do not want these things in your stocking this year. Jolly Obama had it covered.
- Digital Transmission availability - $650 million to make sure all the people in Never Never land can still watch TV. It's important now more than ever with the President on more than those poor kids in Africa that I can feed for just $1 a week.
- New Computers at the Social Security Administration - $600 million to update the computer system at the Social Security Administration. "Hi I'm a Tax Payer and I'm a free government computer"
- Better Federal Buildings? Check! $6.7 Billion
- Better Federal Autos? Check! $600 million (Calm down buses and trucks you get an additional 400 million)

The list goes on and on.

This is how the liberals get what they want. Everyone feels happy about being dragged out of this and end the end. My girl will have to pay this welfare package off and the govenrment will have taken over the banks and medicine.

So here are the arguments I get.
"Well Chris the building of roads and such will create jobs"
* Ok the road is built. Now what do the workers do? This is not a maintaining job. Do we need a road there or is it just a work project? The government gives the money to the state and the state decides who does the work....or keeps the money and does it themselves. (Calculate the number of people in government to do this and take their salary out of the $ amount)
"At least give them a chance. He's working at fixing the economy."
*
No and No. Why would I give him a chance to screw up the economy? I know what he is doing is not going to work. That's like having a really nice criminal come into the house and threaten me a gun point for my money. "Give him a chance Chris" NO dumb ass! And he's not working he's still campaigning. He's got his own fricken channel by now. Get off my TV and get to work!

Cutting taxes is the best way to get out of this, but they will not do that, because WE fund THEM and if WE stop funding THEM, they may have to get a job!
